This service is not a consumer reporting agency as that term is defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. section 1681 and following. Nothing on these pages, and nothing returned by a linked search provider, is a consumer report. It may not be used to decide eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or another purpose covered by the FCRA.
4. External Links
Linked county, city, state, federal, court, library, archive, and sponsored services maintain their own terms and policies. Ontario Residents Directory does not control their content, availability, prices, search results, or data practices and is not responsible for them.
5. No Warranties
The reference is supplied “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. No promise is made that a fact, fee, coverage year, office detail, link, portal, or result is accurate, complete, current, or continuously available.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the operators are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or other damages arising from use of these pages or a linked resource, including a decision made from a record found through them.
7. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the operators harmless from a claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, that arises from your misuse of the reference, misuse of a linked tool, or violation of these terms.
8. Intellectual Property
The original writing, design, logo, and layout belong to the operators or their licensors and are protected by law. Ordinary linking and brief attributed quotations are welcome. Republishing whole pages or systematically copying the content is not permitted.
9. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be revised by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after a revision indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Access Restrictions
Access may be blocked or limited when a user violates these terms, abuses the pages, attacks the service, or interferes with another reader's lawful use. Restriction may occur without advance notice.
11. California Governing Law
These terms are governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The California Public Records Act, Government Code sections 7920.000 through 7931.000, governs requests to California public custodians for identifiable existing records. The California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, Civil Code section 1798.100 and following, governs covered consumer-data rights where applicable. Neither statute makes this private reference the custodian of a county, city, court, voter, vital, or library record.
12. Severability
If a court finds one provision unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
